I also have my Bachelors in Health Promotion and Wellness Management from SUNY Oswego. With my two degrees I plan on gaining more experience in the health field, continuing my education in various massage modalities and helping each and every person I am given the opportunity to massage. I truly believe in the power of alternative, holistic medicine. I enjoy working on people from all walks of life! My work is specific for each and every person, meeting the needs of my clients and each session ends with a recap of my findings and an array of recommended stretches to prolong the beneficial effects of the massage as a whole.

The 6 month program at OSTM has taught me so much, from how to give various types of massages to how to believe in myself and my abilities. This award means a great deal to me because I always strive for my best and while doing so I aim to help others in achieving their goals as well.

During the course of 4 years I completed various health science, nutrition, and fitness courses. I also completed a handful of business, law, and management courses. All of these past courses aid in my health science and nutrition background as a whole. I guarantee this knowledge will enhance my massage abilities and make me an even better massage therapist.

Very friendly and professional - made me feel comfortable right from the beginning! Would have preferred a little deeper pressure in the areas I identified, but overall a great experience.
