Teagan is a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer focused on supporting physical, and emotional wellness, injury prevention and rehabilitation, hand foot and neck pain along with other massage techniques such as cupping and hot stone. Teagan studied locally in Fort Collins at Bear Heart School of Massage and received his license to practice massage from the state of Colorado. Teagan offers an intuitive touch as well as clinical experience through his work with acute injury’s and their recovery processes. Teagan also holds a Personal Trainer Certification issued by ISSA and is eager to help build a plan to reach your health goals even once you’ve left the office, with straightforward aftercare and simple interventions that will help you reach your goals.

Modalities:

Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping & Hot Stone techniques, Gua Sha, Neuromuscular techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, and Facial Massage Techniques. Teagan loves all modalities and enjoys to working with those with mild to chronic pain or injuries, or those with other general health and wellness goals.
