  • I attended Colorado State University for my BA in the study of human beings and let me tell you, this education has been more beneficial to my current career than you could ever imagine. Many of my mentors came from the field of Anthropology and became very popular in the field of Osteopathy! I went on to study massage at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy where I obtained 3 certifications: Massage Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy and Trigger Point Release within 1100 hours of education. After this I continued my education by taking many studies including Thai Yoga, CranioSacral, Myofascial, and ended up becoming an Advanced Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist which I love! I have also been a massage instructor where I relearned and refreshed all my studies as well as learning new modalities. 
  • The therapeutic massage practice is my specialty, I am good at creating freedom from pain in the body. One session with me and you will see! Give it a try!
  • I am available with an office on the South West side of Fort Collins, CO, and I will also travel to your location for a fee depending on the distance!
