Hi!! My name is Lauren, I’ve been a massage therapist since 2010, Trained at Lauterstein-Conway Massage School, in Austin,TX. I’m a native Texas, but with my Massage License, I’ve had the opportunity to travel the world working for different spa, before settling back in Texas with my Husband and daughter. Before massage school, I also graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

I don’t get massages very often, but Lauren worked wonders on my sore muscles! She listened to what I needed and had some great advice on how to keep working on things on my own at home. She was also very nice and knowledgeable answering my random questions. Will definitely be back next time I have an opportunity to treat myself!

Great conversation and we had a lot of laughs! I know most people probably don't talk during a massage, but I do, and it was a great time! Lauren was an expert and checked with how I was doing constantly. A++ massage!

Lauren gave a great deep tissue massage. Afterwards, she showed me some techniques I can use to help keep my muscles stretched out until my next massage.

Lauren has given me two prenatal massages so far and I have left both times feeling amazing. She is very personable, makes me feel safe and comfortable, and takes care of everything I ask for and more. She notices things in my muscles that I would’ve never thought of, she fixes it, and I feel so much better! Highly recommend her for prenatal massages, and although I’ve never had a regular one with her, I’m sure it’s outstanding!
