Chair Massage

With many hours of experience doing chair massage, this is a great way to have a quick but effective session for those type of clients that are on the run. I offer this modality to companies for helping their employees stay focused and motivated and as a charity event for those needing vendor support. Contact us to book this modality for your employees or next event.

Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue or fondly known as "connective tissue" as our bodies are "connected" by connective tissue from head to toe. This type of modality helps flush out adhesions and break up congestion in tissue. I use this type of modality in a combination of Swedish, neuromuscular, trigger point and acupressure.

Neuromuscular

This modality is used often in an integrative fashion with Swedish, trigger point, connective tissue and acupressure. This type of modality is great for TOS, Carpal tunnel, headaches, migraines, etc.

Sports Massage

I absolutely love using this modality not only with my athletes at the gym but on my table with many clients that suffer from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) this type of dysfunction is very common when with clients that sit at their desks all day. Symptoms can be the following but not limited too. Tingling in the fingers/hands, tight/achy at the neck and upper shoulder, headaches and sometimes migraines.

Swedish

I use this modality in the combination with Neuromuscular as many clients appreciate the flowing type of strokes along with getting some troubled areas in balance.

Trigger Point Therapy

This Modality is great for headaches and very congested connective tissue, many chronic muscle dysfunctions are benefited by using this type of modality. It is also used in an integrated fashion with Swedish, neuromuscular, connective tissue, sports massage, and medical massage.

Medical

I have several years of experience working in medical offices as well as MRI. I have extensive knowledge in anatomy and physiology.

Myofascial Release

I have studied this type of modality and have used it several times on my clients with great results.

Acupressure

Working with clients that suffer from chronic migraines. Have had great success in using Acupressure with these types of symptoms.

Table Thai Stretch Therapy

Thai massage, which originated in India, has been around for over 2,500 years. Originally regarded as a healing art, traditional Thai massage includes influences from both Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine. Unlike typical Western-type massages, it doesn’t involve lying on a massage bed while a massage therapist applies oil to your body and kneads your muscles and pressure points. Instead, you lie fully clothed on a mat on the ground while a practitioner uses stretching, pulling, and rocking techniques to relieve tension, promote relaxation, and improve flexibility and circulation.

Medical Cupping

is an ancient form of alternative medicine in Eastern Medicine in which a therapist apply special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. For many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Naturopathy

Polarity Therapy

Mini Med-Bed Polarity Therapy - Body Electric, Rife Frequency, and Tesla Frequency.

Sarah listens to your concerns and addresses them. It also seems that her fingers know where to go automatically. Even if I have forgotten to mention the area she finds the stifness! She is a GOD send.

I would rate my experience as one of the best experiences I have ever had. I had a rough start to my day with death of my Aunt and I got lost because I forgot the paper with the address on it at home and my phone kept taking me in circles. But Sarah was very kind and patient with me even though I arrived late. I eventually calmed down. Sarah was very thorough, professional but friendly. She explained everything as she worked with me. The Massage was very Relaxing. I will definitely be back.
