My mission is to share my passion for and expertise in massage, bodywork, and holistic energy therapy. Massage therapy can release chronic muscular tension and pain, increase circulation and flexibility, reduce mental fatigue and stress, and encourage faster healing of injured tissues. In my training and work, I have learned to recognize soft tissue injury, pain, and dysfunction, as well as imbalances and blockages within the human energetic electromagnetic field; and, I have learned to blend traditional massage techniques with energetic modalities, including Reiki, crystals, sound, and aromatherapy to provide a comprehensive holistic treatment to alleviate pain, stress, and remove energetic blocks that keep us from experiencing life with grace, ease, and enthusiasm.
I am a licensed massage therapist, having trained at Florida School of Massage. I am a Certified Crystal Healer through a school that is an approved provider by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork; Reiki III certified in the Usui System of Natural Healing; and a Registered Metaphysician and accredited teacher through the World Metaphysical Association.
