I left the corporate world, after 12 years, to start an incredible journey in the natural healing world! I was blessed to attend Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, Colorado, graduating in 2007. In addition to my studies of Swedish, Sports, & Deep Tissue massage, I attended extracurricular classes & became certified in Prenatal Massage, Infant Massage, & specialty neck massage.


Human touch, healing touch, are very powerful!  Massage therapy has evolved into so much more than just a luxury.  It has become a necessity!  When I have a client that has been holding their shoulders up to their ears walk out after a massage with increased range of motion, standing straight, & with a look of relief on their face, it just confirms why I love what I do!

In addition, I incorporate the use of essential oils, aromatically and/or topically, to enhance the benefits of the massage, whether it be for physical or emotional reasons.  There is a saying, "I have an oil for that!", that holds to be true!

In my "free" time, I am a busy family woman.  We enjoy great food, family, outdoors, & sports!
