Owner, Master Level Massage Therapist, Health and Wellness Business Consultant I am an entrepreneur, an intuitive and a massage therapist, but those labels don't really mean much. What is meaningful is what I love to do! I expand peoples possibilities, re-connect them with their true being, and bring people into a space of communion with their body. An entrepreneur by heart and nature. To me creating and growing a business is creating potential and opportunity. It is a never ending learning process, that always challenges me to be more. It's my way to positively contribute to my industry, to my community, and to the world. Massage therapy, to me, is the greatest expression of unconditional love, and non-judgment. To get to share that on a large scale with the world, is what fuels my soul. My training expands much further than just body work, but has lead me on to a path of intuitive studies. There is a space within us that is just asking for us to listen. My intuitive training has given me the tools to really tap in and listen, help un-lock and connect you to that very same awareness. As a massage therapist with extensive training I love to tap into the body, listen to what it needs to receive, unlock years of chronic pain, and help bodies easily recover from injury. My advanced background and studies in massage and body work includes: Neuromuscular Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, injury rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and Thai Yoga therapy. I also have extensive experience working with athletes. With an array of techniques that are best utilized through different periods of training, racing, or playing. These avenues opened me up to learning the gift of tapping into an intuitive energy to read the subtleties of the body and the spirit. It gives my bodywork a new level of depth and understanding. This type of work is most effective with clients that have been dealing with years of chronic pain, anxiety, or feel that they are stuck and things just don't seem to be working. So whether we are doing body work, or intuitive work, or a combination of both, all of my sessions tap into that space of connection. Re-connecting you to the very most important thing there is, you!
