Beth graduated from Ivy Tech Community College with an AAS degree in Massage Therapy. She also has a MS in Education from Indiana University-Purdue University, Fort Wayne, Indiana, and a BA in Elementary Education from University of St. Francis, Joliet, Illinois. Beth was born and raised in the Chicago area, moved to Indiana in 2003, and in August of 2017 was finally able to call Colorado home! She and her husband love the outdoors and spend a lot of their free time snowboarding, hiking through the mountains, or exploring new places.
Beth is currently teaching BodyPump at the Littleton Family YMCA and Chuze Fitness.
