The dream was ignited when founder and owner, Lizzie Johnson, found relief from chronic pain and migraines through massage therapy. It created a vision that others could find the same relief- more importantly, the same freedom of taking your life back from chronic pain. After much planning and careful due diligence Lizzie attended The Colorado School of Healing Arts. Armed with a number of modalities and a certificate in massage therapy she began practicing in 2014.

Lizzie is trained in Neuromuscular, Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue Massage. She does thorough research and stays on top of education to continue her understanding of the human body and how to better serve her clients. Her favorite work is done with those in chronic pain, infant massage and pre-natal massage. She loves the ever changing, growing, and inspiring body.
