Kara has been practicing massage since 2000 when she entered the Central Pennsylvania School of Massage. She enjoys challenging herself to actively keep learning and currently offers a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From pain relief to relaxation, pediatric to prenatal to geriatric, Kara can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again.

Kara is also a trained yoga instructor and Ashiatsu practitioner. She currently holds a license in the state of Pennsylvania and is also certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
