I have believed in the power of healing touch ever since I was a young child, when my mother would rub my back at night to soothe me into sleep. Having been blessed with an innate desire to help people as well as a strong sense of empathy, I initially studied Social Work at Kean University. After receiving my first professional massage in 2008, I was reawakened by the power of healing touch. I began receiving massage therapy regularly, and noticed remarkable improvements in both my physical and emotional health and well-being. My increasing knowledge and respect for the health benefits of massage therapy, as well as growing dissatisfaction with my path at the time, lead to my decision to become a massage therapist.
I graduated from JSG School of Massage in 2015 with over 500 hours in anatomy/physiology and massage therapy coursework; and have been practicing massage therapy professionally for nearly three years. I am licensed to practice massage therapy by the State of New Jersey and carry full liability insurance.
It is my passion to create and perform the ideal massage experience for every client according to their needs and desires. I incorporate a blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point modalities; as well as the use of aromatherapy, hot stones, stretching,and guided breath work.
