Feeling better, one Massage at a time.

I have been doing Professional Massage for 12 years. I chose to become a massage therapist after years of friends and family suggesting I study and do Massage as a profession, as they thought I was well suited for it. As I specialize in Stress and Pain reduction, I like to support the work of chiropractic by finding the muscular tensions that may be interfering with holding adjustments. And I also understand the importance of allowing that very much needed time and space for the client to be still and present so that improvement can happen.

Something I hear a lot is that people want and need more than just a "relaxation massage". They want therapy. Many have found that I have helped them to not only relax, but to address injuries, sports recovery, and improved mobility by finding "all the spots that hurt" and the "problem areas".  I work from a strong Anatomical knowledge base as well as Intuition and sensing the muscles' conditions through touch.

I graduated from ASHA School of Massage and Healing Arts in October, 2010. I have added Certificates since 2010 in 3 levels of Pranic Healing, Qi GongElectro Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy, and Kinesiology/Muscle Testing. I have done much more than the required continuing education and am always learning about health and healing.
In addition to learning; in my spare time I like to study spiritual teachings from cultures the world over, spend time in nature, and help out extended family.

I have one location at which I work currently - Billingsley and Luckett Chiropractic Life Center in Conyers. GA.
