Shauna received her certification at  Minneapolis School of Massage & Bodywork and has over 15 years of experience in Massage Therapy.

Shauna is professionally trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Medical Massage, Relaxation and Pregnancy Massage and has attends continuing education workshops: On-Site Chair Massage, Introduction to Reflexology and Functional Medicine to name a few.

She believes it is ESSENTIAL to  take care of ourselves so we can continue to be healthy and strong for those in our lives who need and depend on us.
