Pregnancy

I love working with expecting moms and seeing them make the change into motherhood for the first or not first time. I also work closely with a Dula and am happy to recommend her services.

Medical

working with clients who have chronic pain in neck back and shoulders, headaches, knee replacements, shoulder replacements, clients who have been involved in auto accidents, and former P.T. patients.

Other

I am certified in cupping therapy. This helps to separate the tissue and applies a negative force. This will leave a mark.

Reiki

I absolutely LOVE energy work I am currently working on becoming a reiki master/teacher

hot rocks are great tools to relax muscles or just warm up on a cold day
