David is an experienced licensed massage therapist.  His sessions incorporate a fusion of styles, drawing on techniques influenced by several forms of bodywork from around the globe such as Swedish, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, and Thai Yoga Massage.  The massage strokes are long, flowing and continuous, performed in a wavelike, dancing motion.  Some stretching and range of motion techniques are included as appropriate.  His approach and style range from stress reduction relaxation massage to sports massage and a "Goldilocks" Therapeutic Deep Tissue treatment: not too hard, not too soft, but just right in order to work within the comfort level of the client and relieve chronic muscle tension and pain.  

He received his training in suburban Chicago at the First Choice International Medical Academy and has practiced with spa and fitness professionals.    He is a proponent of massage for relieving physical as well as emotional stress, and strongly believes in massage as a viable tool for enhancing overall health and well-being.  David’s mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness.
