Trained in Swedish and therapeutic massage, Heather creates a session with varying pressures and techniques targeted to release fascial strain, relax the nervous system and soothe muscle pain and dysfunction. As a fascial therapist and reiki practitioner, Heather works to identify strain patterns and energetic imbalances to intentionally facilitate a full body and soul unwinding. Formerly trained as a homeopath, Heather is very knowledgeable and mindful of the connections between your life story and the dis-ease created in the physical and soul bodies. Holding great reverence and appreciation for the cycles and dichotomy of our body’s inner knowing, Heather creates a safe space to help guide you on this journey of deep work.
