Terra is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Nebraska and a Level Three Reiki Master. She achieved her Diploma in Massage Therapy in 2017 from Universal College of Healing Arts (Omaha, NE) and has her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification with Lotus House of Yoga (Lincoln, NE). 

Currently, Terra is working on her Bachelors of Art in Health and Wellness. Terra believes that knowledge is the key to success and wants to create an environment that encourages her clients to carry their welln...

Terra is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Nebraska and a Level Three Reiki Master. She achieved her Diploma in Massage Therapy in 2017 from Universal College of Healing Arts (Omaha, NE) and has her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification with Lotus House of Yoga (Lincoln, NE). 

Currently, Terra is working on her Bachelors of Art in Health and Wellness. Terra believes that knowledge is the key to success and wants to create an environment that encourages her clients to carry their wellness routines into their home life as well. Through her education, she hopes to inspire others and be able to assist them in achieving their goals as well. 

Terra hopes to work with Athletes (bicyclist, yogis, or bodybuilders), rehabilitating injuries or surgeries, and anyone who desires a relaxing wellness massage. She offers a unique blend of knowledge based on anatomy and intuition by reading the body and listening to what it asks for.

I studied this modality in school for a few months and all my massages have some deep tissue aspects to it.

Myofascial Release

I studied this modality in school for three months and all my massages have some myofascial release aspects to it.

Hot Stone Massage

I studied in this in school and also received a certification in Hot Stone Massage through Massage Envy.

Swedish

I began school learning this modality and all my massages have some aspects of Swedish (Relaxing) massage incorporated in to it.

Reiki

I have taken all three attunements for Reiki and have been a Reiki practitioner since 2010. I am currently a Reiki Master and have been since 2014.

Yoga

Other

I have been studying yoga since 2008 and finally got my yoga certificate in 2017 in what is better known as Vinyasa or Iyengar Yoga. I do have background in Integrative and Hatha Yoga, which are my two preferred types of movement.

I liked the whole treatment. Terra has a very good touch and feel of what needs to be done. Goes heavy or light as needed, whatever the patient wants as long as they're comfortable and still getting the massage that's neeed to take care of a problem.
