Janae works at Newman's Neuromuscular Massage since 2016. She provides a unique massage for every client who walks through her door. She uses a mixture of deep tissue, myofascial release, and neuromuscular techniques to help clients feel better. Borrowing from Tim's approach, Janae seeks to determine what is causing an individual's pain and works those muscles accordingly.  When doing a massage, Janae is determined to clients as much as she possibly can.

She uses a mixture of deep tissue, myofascial release, and neuromuscular techniques to help clients feel better. Borrowing from Tim's approach, Janae seeks to determine what is causing an individual's pain and works those muscles accordingly.  When doing a massage, Janae is determined to clients as much as she possibly can. 

Janae's philosophy of massage therapy is wholistic and centers on prevention. One of Janae's clients once likened their monthly massage appointment to the intentional care he provided to his car with a regular oil change--just as we take care of our cars, we need to take care of our bodies. This analogy range true for Janae and she is committed to helping clients maintain their bodies. She often shows her clients home exercises to help them work towards homeostasis.
