I have severe scoliosis and arthritis in my lower back, I am physically active including weight training in the gym which gives me core strength and stability on my feet. Lily's CranioSacral Therapy has enabled me to continue working out and staying active by correcting the muscle lock-down and pain I experience from my daily activities, and gives me so much long lasting relief that I don't have to take pain meds on a regular basis anymore!

I had gone on vacation and when I returned Lily saw that I had fluid retention in my lower body and she worked on my to get rid of it. This is the honest truth I lost 10 pounds of water in one night!!!
