- Certified in Cupping Therapy- this technique is great Deep Tissue work, provides decompression to the muscles and fascia creating space for blood and fluid to pass through with ease, and adhesions to break apart and easily return to their normal state
- Certified in Kinesiology Taping- taping helps reduce pressure to the tissue, reduce inflammation, as well as discomfort and pain. It also provides support to the muscles by improving the muscle's ability to contract and keeping them from over-extending.

- I am an avid gardener, Essential Oil user, lover of the outdoors and traveling when I get the chance! Becoming more strict in my yoga practice! I played softball from the age of 8yrs old till my freshman year of college at Washburn University. I also play sand volleyball every Spring for the fun of it!
