Teona attended Heritage College in Kansas City, MO where she obtained her Associates Degree in Occupational Studies for Massage Therapy. She graduated in October of 2011 & received her license in January of 2012. Since she was 8 month pregnant with her second child (mother of 2) at the time she received her license, Teona took a year off, starting her massage career in April of 2013. Teona attended Heritage College in Kansas City, MO where she obtained her Associates Degree in Occupational Studies for Massage Therapy. She graduated in October of 2011 & received her license in January of 2012. Since she was 8 month pregnant with her second child (mother of 2) at the time she received her license, Teona took a year off, starting her massage career in April of 2013. Within 2 years, she worked for 2 different massage chains gaining experience & growing as a massage therapist. In August of 2015, Teona branched out to become an independent contractor at an establishment & in October of 2018 she started Embraced Healing Massage & Bodyworks, LLC.
During her massage career, Teona has studied & been certified in Reiki, Sports Injury Massage, Cupping, & Reflexology, just to name a few.
Teona aspires to expand into a wellness retreat where she will be able to help people heal mentally, physically, emotionally, & spiritually with a team of like minded individuals. Where you can come into a sacred & safe space, be yourself, embrace life, & inspire healing. All with love.

I would tell a friend 30 min is not enough! Definitely felt so much better after and my muscles were so relaxed! Recommend! She explained what she would do and also asked what your trouble areas are.
