I help relax tired, overstressed muscles that are pulling bones out of alignment and bring them back to a more natural, healthy and flexible state. Using my hands as well as my heart, I help my clients relax and bring them back to a world where life is manageable.
I've been practicing massage since 2004 and challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs, one client at a time, one muscle at a time!
