Laura Lee is the owner and therapist at Smart Body Integrative Massage Therapy. Starting in the medical field in 2011, Laura Lee completed schooling as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. This work helped inspire Laura Lee to work in the Chiropractic field where she completed the Chiropractic Assistant Procedure Program instructed by Dr. Mark Davini in 2012.

Laura Lee is the owner and therapist at Smart Body Integrative Massage Therapy. Starting in the medical field in 2011, Laura Lee completed schooling as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. This work helped inspire Laura Lee to work in the Chiropractic field where she completed the Chiropractic Assistant Procedure Program instructed by Dr. Mark Davini in 2012.

Working with patients hands on as a certified chiropractic assistant, was Laura Lee’s favorite part of this field. This sparked Laura Lee’s ambitions to attend The Therapeutic Massage Certification program at Spa-Tech Institute in 2014.

 Laura Lee has now been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 10 years, but has had a total of 13 years experience working with patients in therapeutic settings. She has completed additional continuing education courses including several John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Technique seminars. She has also completed additional courses in Ashiatsu Bar Therapy, Reiki 1 and Reiki 2, Mindfulness & Stress Reduction workshop, and “Understanding Mental Disorders instructed by Dr. Longo, Ph. D.

Laura Lee is known for her Deep Tissue therapy work, Sports rehab, and Chronic Tension relief therapy work. Her passion for helping others is fully manifested through her therapy work on each individual client who comes into her treatment room.

Ashiatsu massage is a barefoot massage technique that has been performed for thousands of years, with roots in Asia and India. In the Japenese language “Ashi” translates to foot and “Atsu” into pressure. This therapy is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight.
