I graduated from Winthrop University in 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training. I started a full time job at Midlands Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery after that. I saw wide variety of injuries and orthopedic issues. One of those patients was in a car accident and had neck pain. The doctor suggested they get weekly massages in order to relax their muscles and reduce the pain. As one who has seen a wide array of Massage Therapists, I learned there are a few who have the knowledge and ability to work on those injuries and be effective enough to reduce the pain the patient feels. This made me look deeper into Massage Therapy. Being both an Athletic Trainer and Massage Therapist, I have a deeper understanding of rehabilitation, treatments, preventative measures, manual therapy, and the anatomy of the body. That is why I established Carolina Massage and Rehab. So that with my skill set, I can better help those who need it.

Outside of work I enjoy playing volleyball, hiking, playing with my sweet puppy Jessie, and traveling.
