Hello! My name is Linette Mailhot and I am a 2015 graduate of Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, ME. I am an anatomy-oriented massage therapist who focuses mainly on injury rehabilitation and general pain relief through techniques such as trigger point therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), myofascial release, and other deep tissue massage techniques. I also understand how deeply stress can affect the body and love the opportunity to provide some relief for my clientele through modalities such as Swedish massage, aromatherapy, applications of moist heat, Himalayan hot stones, and more. My office is a safe and judgment-free space for people of all walks of life, regardless of age, gender, race, body type, and so on.
