Meredith Wilson is a North Carolina Licensed Massage Therapist.  She has always had an interest in health care and helping others.  Her background in health started at an early age when she began volunteering at the hospital and local day treatment center for troubled youth.  As her interest in physical medicine and the mind-body connection grew, so did her awareness of alternate therapies.  Her career path led her to holistic health care and the Caldwell Community College Massage School of Massage Therapy.  Meredith graduated in 2010.  In 2012, Meredith serendipitously met Reiki Master Kat Cook.  She began training under her, attaining rank of Reiki II Practitioner. She is currently under apprenticeship to complete her training and become a Reiki Master.
Skilled in all massage modalities, Meredith has been certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Fertility, Pre-natal, Post Partum, Sports Massage, SCS Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Reflexology.
