With just her touch, Melonie can tell where the problem area is. She then knows where to go the trigger point to get at the start of it. It's never the "same thing" every time because, of course, neither are the problem areas always the same (on me at least!)

Great atmosphere - warm and cozy with relaxing music. Melonie herself has a very calming presence. She did everything possible to ensure my comfort, and asked about my preferences for area of focus, what areas to avoid, what kind of pressure I liked, if I wanted scented or I scented lotion, and many other things. Throughout the massage she assessed if her pressure was too much or what I wanted. When a particular muscle group was proving stubborn, she would try a different tack (but not without asking me if I was okay with it first). I felt very relaxed during the whole experience, and received a great deal of relief from muscle stiffness/tightness and pain by the time it was over. Melonie is very professional and possesses great skill a massage therapist.

Looking forward to her permanent home again. Had my first good night's sleep in 4 months. Due to pandemic had to stop monthly massages, and it was painful. So enjoyed better movement and relaxed sleeping again.

After my appointment I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Never go home "sore", nor painfully wake up the day after. The tight knots are coaxed into relaxing by gentle yet firm pressure, cupping and hot towels and rocks. The warmed feet wraps are a bonus!

Melonie always listens to my goals for the session and provides knowledgeable and trustworthy feedback! I feel amazing after each and every massage! My ROM in my neck and upper back are SO much better after yesterday’s session!!!!
