I would say to be specific on what you want done. I was not as I guess I didn’t fully understand with she meant by point release. I was hoping for a more therapeutic, traditional full body oil massage where I could check out and relax with some trigger point release during. I will be back and I will just be sure to state what I want next time. Katie was professional and space was soothing and relaxing.
