I am proficient in Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Sports massage, chair massage, and my most popular modalities; Swe-Thai and Bamboo massage.

While most massage therapist begin their careers in a spa environment, I was fortunate enough to begin my career assisting a Doctor of Chiropractic. That experience taught me a lot about the correlation of chiropractic adjustments and the manipulation of muscles, via massage, to improve optimal circulation. I also learned to use different tools including TENS machines and Ultrasound machines. I also learned how to incorporate exercise as part of each individual treatment.
