I specialize in Massage Therapy in general but my true passion is in Corrective Massage Therapy where its not just a massage. Not only does our bodies need to be relaxed but it needs some help in understanding that some muscles need to be Active and other muscles need to be Inhibited to reduce pain. with my back ground I'm able to not only show you ways to stretch but exercises to do at home that will aide in reducing the pain. I'm located in Lee's Summit MO off of Woods Chapel Rd.
