I am one that knows not to neglect the soul; because the mind nourishes and has so much more control then what one initially understands. Continued neglect and malnutrition of the soul will manifest in the body. I have learned that healing and relaxation does not always come easy or quickly. So it is imperative to know thyself swiftly. Breakdown the elements of one’s self, be observant of self and surroundings; find out what nurtures self spiritually and physically and give one’s self the nourishment needed. Add unto self that helps build and subtract that which is destroying. Learn to be philosophical. Therapeutic touch not only sends vibrations to the body but reaches the soul. A calm body can calm the mind; and with that through time one can be healed and at peace. We can then make better decisions and live freely in a world so serene. Shalawam.
