Kristen is amazing! My experiences with massage therapy have not been great in the past. She is very in tune with what is working and what isn't but is always very quick to ask how I am feeling during the sessions. By far the best experience with massage therapy I have EVER had!

She was calm, allowed me time to ease into and out of the session, and provided lots of choices. She provided a comfortable and relaxing environment with music, dim lights, voice tone, etc. She was professional and held space for me in a great way. I left feeling extremely refreshed!

Kristen's hands are magic - that is the best way to describe them! Her environment is always calm and comforting as is her voice and presence. She strives to be professional while still tailoring to me personally. She is super knowledgeable and will talk through the anatomy and physiology of her work as she is performing it, always stressing my comfort and the importance of my body's reactions to her touch. Spending time on the table with Kristen is always a treat and I find that I'm a better woman, wife, mother, friend, etc. afterward. So thankful for her gifts!
