My passion for massage therapy begins with a desire to help my clients relieve pain and stress. 

I am a Licensed Massage therapist, as well as a Certified Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist & Craniosacral Therapist.  My specialties include:

* Post-surgical Lymphatic Drainage Massage following tummy tuck, breast lift & augmentation, liposuction, joint replacement surgery, and other procedures. This type of massage is VERY light touch. It is not painful. It reduces swelling and assists greatly in the healing process. I have over 100 hours of hands-on lymphatic drainage massage experience. * Craniosacral therapy for adults and children can help release tension in the fascia and muscles. In addition to clients with musculoskeletal pain, I have also worked with several individuals on the autism spectrum using craniosacral therapy.  The results can include complete relaxation and temporary (but long lasting) relief from anxiety symptoms. 

• Headaches/Migraine includes a therapeutic massage of the shoulders and neck area as well as gentle massage of the scalp, face, and jaw. I customize the massage to work with the client's specific needs.

* TMJ neuromuscular treatment very similar to migraine massage, this work involves a therapeutic massage on the shoulders and neck, followed by gentle massage of the scalp, face, jaw and inner mouth work.

* Craniosacral therapy for adults and children can help release tension in the fascia and muscles. * Therapeutic Relaxation Massage involves a mix of deep pressure, medium firm pressure and smooth, sweeping strokes to relax muscles and relieve tension. 

• Cancer & Hospice massage - contact me for more information.  This is typically a service I provide at the client's home or care center. The fee for this service is minimal.
