Erica received her Bachelor of Science in Education-(Exercise Science) at the University of Kansas. She graduated from PCI in 2005 as a Certified Massage Therapist. Immediately after graduation she became Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB). She has been fortunate to have worked with thousands of people over her ten years in practice. Anatomy and physiology of the human body continues to be fascinating to her. She prides herself not only in the knowledge gained from experience but from her own driving force to learn more and to be better. Some adjectives that may describe Erica's work/technique are thorough, specific, sport specific, and/or deep tissue (trigger point, myofascial). Clients she has been involved with range from high school athletes, KU and other collegiate athletics, and professional athletes. She believes that massage plays a vital role in the maintenance, injury prevention, and recovery of all individuals trying to better their lives/wellness. Practicing what she believes in and helping others to attain all that they can be is important to her. Eating healthy, exercise and monthly massages are a part of Erica's life regimen. She hopes we all are inspired in our lives to be the best that we can be, whether that be mentally or physically, in order to live on the competitive edge of life!
