Ally is great! She always makes sure to ask questions, and keeps notes, allowing her to continue to improve your health! Ally even goes above and beyond to provide extra advice like stretches and exercises to help improve your progress.

Ally knows how to find the spots that need work, then she makes them all better with her knowledge, persistence, compassion, & care. I always feel so relaxed after a massage with Ally, & I sleep so soundly that night as well.
