I got a cranialsacrial massage. I came in feeling like I could not breathe, and walked out taking deeper breathes then I have in weeks. She knows exactly what to do to reset your nervous system and release the stress from your body.

Brigitte has a beautiful way of blending energy work and massage therapy. Her touch is intuitive and she addressed my needs with care.
