I got a cranialsacrial massage. I came in feeling like I could not breathe, and walked out taking deeper breathes then I have in weeks. She knows exactly what to do to reset your nervous system and release the stress from your body.

Brigitte has a beautiful way of blending energy work and massage therapy. Her touch is intuitive and she addressed my needs with care. The aromatherapy and acupressure was a nice way to ease into the massage session. I feel relaxed and ready for Spring ! Looking forward to my next visit and am very happy to refer others.
