Renee Fricke

I love my job! Helping people fell better is what I do best.

I first discovered the joy and benefits of massage therapy when I was a young child. My siblings would often say their legs hurt or their backs were sore because quite frankly we played together non-stop!  At some point we all realized that getting a massage from the baby in the family helped soothe growing pains, ballerina legs, and tense shoulders from all that studying we were doing.  Back then they would offer payments like 1 penny or play time in exchange for 10 minute massages! Of course I agreed, and to this day I am grateful for the hands on experience I got so early on in life.

These days I have added on accredited courses to my life experience as a massage therapist, and I have earned over 700 hours of training in massage therapy.  I am certified and licensed in the state of Michigan.
I enjoy working with athletes, physical rehabilitation patients, elderly clients, fellow parents, students, desk workers with the compromised posture, teachers, other therapists, and anyone else who recognizes the benefits of massage therapy.
It would be my honor to help you feel better and improve your well-being.

Renee is a professional. Not only is she incredibly talented, she is a fantastic and caring human being who makes you feel welcome every time. I will recommend her to anyone who asks, or doesn't.

My son suffers from Migraines, Renee was able to give him some relief and also explained it all to him in scientific terms so that is understood that this was not just for relaxation but to truly help to fix his body.

Fantastic, I have been searching for a more technical massage to address my problem areas and Renee was amazing!!! She did a targeted deep tissue massage and managed to fit in some relaxation as well. A lot of my tension and pain was released after just one session. This is more of a physio therapy and fitness studio vibe rather than a spa/salon (which is totally fine!) - just noting for those who might be searching for one or the other.

Excellent massage! Actually feels like your body is being fixed. Would love some essential oils diffused or used topically.

Renee was excellent. She worked out my shoulder issues and even helped with my hip. Plus I fell asleep during the massage, excellent experience.
