On my free time, I love to lift weights at the gym, research new biohacking technology, listen to audiobooks about conscious evolution, and cooking up healthy versions of ethnic foods.

I told you I did not have any injuries, just wanted a massage for overall blood flow from working from home. Then you asked "if there was one thing that hurt worse than anywhere where would that be? I said my lower back from working from home so much. So you basically gave me a back massage... for an hour and a half. I've had way better.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and owner of my clinic I’ve seen a lot of manual interventions and other therapies. Jen is one of the few therapists I’ve seen who has learned how to channel her skills and energy in a manner that is both comforting and effective, with professional insight and compassion. Effectiveness means accomplishing a client desired result. Jen is more than a massage therapist, she is a healer. The best healers in the world, in my opinion, have a an innate drive to use their skills to heal others. Recently, I had been suffering from a family crisis, and I had not slept for several days. After Jen treated me, I slept for 12hrs. If you are reading this and you are suffering by any definition, I highly recommend you reach out to Jen without hesitation.
