Eli was very professional, greeted me with warmth and a genuine interest in learning how he can best help me in relieving pain/tightness in my neck and shoulders while also providing a comfortable, safe environment. His knowledge of my trauma history helped him to communicate specific information that helped me to remain calm, which resulted in my being able to receive the benefit of healing touch.
