Our bodies and each system within should be treated as a whole, not as a collection of its parts. Holistic health addresses the mind, body, and spirit. It searches for the underlying cause of symptoms rather than simply covering them up with medications… and it allows you to BE HEALTH! Michele Adams

Honestly was really hoping for a good massage on my birthday. Darla is a very nice person. First 50 minutes of the massage was good. After the first 50 she seemed lost and tired. The second half of the 100 minute massage was spent asking “well what should we do now?” Very little pressure given during that second hour. With 20 minutes left still to the massage she says, “Well, I’m calling it.” Ummm ok?!? Very disappointed.

Darla worked very well with my knee issues and exactly knew what to do and what not to do. She listens to your concerns and is very mindful of what works for her customer. I liked Her pressure and technique.

Darla was amazing! She asked questions, helped me feel relaxed, checked to see if there were special areas that needed attention. The massage was at the right pressure for me. I hope I get to come and request Darla again.

Darla was great! It was a very relaxing massage and she really helped to loosen my neck and back up!

The massage was good. The tipping process should be told to people before hand. Being approached about a tip as you leave is pretty uncomfortable. Being. Told a $10 or $20 tip is normal on a $30 massage is very unprofessional. Guess that is why if I go back I will request another therapist.
