After Chandra Smith received her Bachelor's degree in English and Psychology in 2000, she moved to Las Vegas, NV to pursue a Master's degree in Creative Writing. After some deliberation she refocused and decided to change gears. She decided that she was more interested in helping people heal and realize their potential and enrolled in the Nevada School of Massage Therapy. Throughout the program she fell in love with the ability to help people become stress free and pain free. SHe graduated with top honors and perfect attendance and moved back to her home state of Virginia where she quickly got hired at a local day spa in Richmond, VA. After about 6 months she decided to return to Las Vegas to be closer to her family and got hired on at the Aladdin casino (now Planet Hollywood). After working at the spa for 2 and a half years she applied to move over to the MGM Gand Spa to gain more experience. She continues to work there while expanding her business into A Happy Body massage and wellness.
