My goal as a therapist is to provide my clients with the exact treatment they need and want.  I also find it imperative to provide them with tools they can use to ensure the session's benefits last as long as possible. Through my extensive experience in medical, therapeutic, and oncology massage with a special interest in working with athletes and geriatric massage and my many years of studying and practicing energy healing, I believe I have the tools to provide a well rounded, healing massage and/or energy work session to all types of clients. 

Energy work is fundamentally about self-healing. As an energy healer, I work as a conduit for Source Energy, that is, what people might call Spirit or the Divine. Various techniques and tools are used to release energetic blockages, ground and release energy, and to restore healthy balance and flow.  Using the power of intention, along with my training and experience, energy is channeled where it is needed to help clients integrate mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to bring to my clients whatever is needed at that time for their highest good.

Great Massage! Theresa always does a wonderful job making me feel totally relaxed! She always knows the exact spots i hold tension and is great about massaging any knots out but making me feel relaxed at the same time. I've had lost of massages and She one of my Favorites for sure!
