Let Go and Begin Again

After a decade in healthcare I became a massage therapist in 2005 because I wanted to get healthy and stay healthy naturally and holistically. This profession has changed my life in so many ways. There is no better feeling than being able to help improve someone's quality of life with your own hands, doing and sharing what you believe in and love.

Like most massage therapists, I started with a lot of deep tissue and sports massage. Later on I discovered the gentle art of Lymph Drainage while trying to get enough continuing ed credits to renew my license. At first I was skeptical as to how something so light and gentle could possible make any difference, specially given my client base.

Time after time I was shocked and amazed by how it always worked in decreasing inflammation and making deeper modalities much more effective.

In the past 6 years, I've become even more passionate about using the Chikly method of Lymph Drainage, helping people heal faster post surgery, decreasing inflammation and swelling.  I have worked with several physicians in Las Vegas, taking care of their patients post operatively after cosmetic procedures as well as post trauma.

While living in Las Vegas, I worked at a physical therapy clinic for 4 years and found how useful lymph drainage could be at reducing hypersensitivity in traumatized tissue where a patient was very guarded. This is where I developed my technique, which is a combination of myofascial meridian work, trigger point therapy and lymph drainage. I also use tools during my sessions (FasciaBlaster tools by Ashley Black), which gently and quickly increase circulation and break up restricted painful adhesions layer by layer. My method is interactive, gentle, effective and multi-disciplinary.

I moved to Boca Raton in September of 2018 to be closer to my parents in their golden years. Currently I work at Balance Spa from Friday through Tuesday but I am also available for outcall services within 15 miles of 33433 at a rate of $85/hour.  If you have any questions, feel free to email me or text me. I will respond within 24 hours. Thank you.
