Massage (or touch) is the most powerful tool we have as living creatures to connect and restore our minds first then the body to a relaxed and healthy state. Stress and pain levels are rising at alarming rates contributing to adjunct illnesses which we can reduce with regular massage and wellness care. Since becoming an MT I believe the motto: "When you love what you do you never work another day in your life." I love this work, and so will you. Call for an appointment today.

Massage Therapy
Yoga is a beautiful adjunct to massage therapy allowing a broader range of information and techniques to access for personal health care. It is available in our offices with regular classes or private instruction. Fitness and Philosophy keeps the mind steady, and so it can help with reducing stresses and can be incorporated as part of your "off the table" health routine.
Foray into fitness has brought valuable training and experience in leading large classes of people through choreography; this brings understanding of how the average person uses their bodies and responds to exercise (especially in the beginning). This also allows for clearer insight as to what is making those aches and pains hang around. I have lead and been license for classes in Zumba, Pilates, Yoga and kids classes.
Certified to use my bare feet on your back! This is different from walking (as you might think) on your back and is more of a Swedish feeling glide from head to toes connecting the massage strokes all the way. Once you experience the feet you shall never return to "just hands" again.
Working with a Chiropractor for a few years has brought a greater understanding of the nervous system and the prevalence of chronic pain on our society. An avid student was I paying lots of attention to all the doctor had to share in his experience. Working side by side we saw improvements in tough cases (our styles complemented each other).
