I had a dear friend who was a certified FST provider.  She convinced me to give FST a try before committing to neck surgery.  After ONE session my pain was significantly reduced, and opened my eyes to the possibility of pain relief without medication or surgery.  I look forward to providing you with a similar experience.

Lindsey definitely is an expert in stretching and able to pinpoint somethings that i was not even aware of physically. She provides a nonthreatening supportive atmosphere to relax comfortably with the ability to ask and answer questions in a very calm respectful manner. I would refer others to her too. The experience was a soothing healthy one.
