Shawna has always been drawn to holistic health and healing through the mind body connection.  She fully believes that through nurturing the mind, body and spirit people can heal themselves and reach a state of whole health and happiness. As a yoga student and instructor, she has long understood the importance of maintaining a healthy mind body connection. Massage therapy was a natural career choice for her, and in 2017 she attended the Massage Therapy Training Institute in Las Cruces, NM and began her journey as a massage therapist. With skillful communication and intuition, Shawna works with her clients to assist them in achieving their wellness goals. She moves through different modalities with a firm yet compassionate touch, providing effective relief for pain, as well as a relaxing and rejuvenating massage.

While all massages are lovely, kinda like pizza, I like to refer to Shawna’s as gourmet! I have had several massages in Las Cruces and while all of them were nice, her massages are a cut above. Intuitive, restorative and oh so healing!!! I consider myself a massage junkie. I’ve had massages in many states and at top notch spas and she is one of the best, I’ve had the pleasure of receiving a service from. Thanks Shawna looking forward to our next session.
