Kristin never disappoints with her deep tissue massages. I walk in extremely tense and walk out relaxed and more mobile. She always offers different stretches and exercises to work on different areas that need attention. I would highly recommend Kristin!

Kristen is great, focusing on areas I really need help with. I left feeling so much better with a deep tissue massage. She also showed me exercises to help with my pain and sent me a few videos.
