Kristin was great, checked in and listened to concerns and issues. She helped a ton with mobility and goes above and beyond just normal lay there massage styles. She looks at the body as a whole and works to understand trigger points, adhesion and muscle . My first time seeing her and I had so much relief from tight hip pain. She is very skilled and knowledgeable at what she does.
