I have had many massages in my life. This experience was solid from start to finish. Kristen seems to be very knowledgeable and experienced. I opted for deep tissue to relieve major pain and tension. The massage was incredibly helpful. I will return!

Amazing communication throughout the entire session. Kristin explained everything she was doing or about to do and checked in frequently to ensure the amount of pressure she was using was good. I've never had a sports massage before and didn't know what to expect but Kristin's expertise and professionalism put me at ease. The extra advise for stretches and massage techniques I could use at home (or on a long bike tour in this case) was a great bonus. I left feeling much more comfortable and flexible and ready to take on a string of events and races in the coming weeks, though I plan to come back in between.

Kristin never disappoints with her deep tissue massages. I walk in extremely tense and walk out relaxed and more mobile. She always offers different stretches and exercises to work on different areas that need attention. I would highly recommend Kristin!
