I went to Kristin because my low back and hips hurt so bad I could barely walk.
My tail bone felt crushed (compressed) and I was having pins and needles down my legs and in my feet whenever I slept on my side. Kristin stretched and manipulated my legs and hips. When I left I felt better, the next morning I felt great and could move again!! Kristin's technique is gold!

Kristin was amazing. I was so impressed by her knowledge of every muscle. She listened to my concerns and focused on my problem areas. After my session she took the time to show me stretches and exercises to do at home. I was blown away that night when she took the time to send me You Tube videos as well. She was professional, caring and went above and beyond.
