My interest in becoming a massage therapist came to me when I suffered a sports injury.  Experiencing first hand how debilitating pain can be, I was amazed how this modality made me feel physically, mentally and emotionally.  It has always been a passion of mine to help others, so I  pursued a career in massage therapy.  It wasn't long after graduation that I landed my first job in a day spa, followed by chiropractor clinics and wellness centers. Years later, I went back to the spa industry.  It was there that I really bloomed and my career took off.  I became a Lead Massage therapist;  training new therapists.

My intuition told me, my massage career would be a stepping stone to something larger.
Fast forward, a few years later, I opened my own company.  I operate under my massage license and continue my education on an annual basis to keep my skills current.

I've invested several years taking John Barnes' Myofascial Release (MFR) seminars & workshops.
All my trainings are in person and are intense. I've developed tactile and proprioceptive senses to be able to feel the unique fascial strain patterns. Fascial restrictions are generated by trauma, and inflammatory or surgical procedures which can cause crushing pressure on pain sensitive structures. I bring back these skills back to my practice to get you the results you are seeking, less pain and a more active life style.

I worked my way up and am now considered a John Barnes trained, expert level, Myofascial Release Therapist in the MFR community. You can't find MFR like you can find other therapies.
It is very special and unique and so are the results!

I hope you will consider giving MFR the opportunity to change your life, the way it has changed and enhanced mine!

Yes I would - I'm happy I met Tracy & MFR. I went to her for pain in my hip which improved. She was able to release the constant tightness between my shoulders. Massage didn't help in that area. I hope everyone has a chance to try myofascial release. Susan

MFR is one of the most effective healing methods out there and one of the most important things you can do for yourself. Tracy is great at her job and one of the best MFR therapists I've worked with.
