Massage therapy is wonderful because it makes people feel better! I enjoy helping to improve other's life's through touch or just giving them solid advice on matters pertaining to health. I attended Florida College of Natural Health in 2003 and received my massage license in early 2004. Just recently I completed an AS degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from South University. I use a variety of techniques that I have found to be most effective in re-educating the tissue and encouraging good posture to either eliminate pain or increase efficiency. I work in the Tampa Bay Area: Primarily: Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Land o Lakes, Carrolwood, and Tampa and will travel to the surrounding areas in a  30 mile radius: Spring Hill, St. Pete, etc. On my off time I enjoy outdoor recreation: hiking, water activities, and climbing trees!
